Content Enrollment and Lifetime Access
When you sign up for a course or other content, we grant you permission to see it through Our Services only. Never attempt to resell or transfer content in any form. Generally speaking, we give you a lifetime access license, unless we have to remove the content for enrollment purposes through Subscription Plans or for legal or policy reasons.
- Members must be at least 18 years of age.
- Members are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, nontransferable, and non-sublicenseable right to access that portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase.
- The portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase will be available to the Member as long as the course is maintained by the Company, which will be a minimum of one year after Member’s purchase.
- The videos in the course are provided as a video stream and are not downloadable.
- By agreeing to grant such access, the Company does not obligate itself to maintain the course, or to maintain it in its present form.
Payments, Credits, and Refunds
We offers a 30-day refund or credit for most content purchases, and you agree to utilize a legitimate payment method when you make a purchase.
Rights to Content You Post
The content you upload to our platform, including your courses, is your property, and we are allowed to distribute it to anybody via any media, including advertising on other websites.
Content and Behavior Rules
Our platform can only be used for legitimate reasons. All of the content you publish on our site is your responsibility. You should respect other people’s intellectual property rights and adhere to our Trust & Safety Guidelines while uploading reviews, questions, posts, courses, and other content. We can ban your account for repeated or serious infractions. Please notify us if you believe someone is violating your copyright on our platform.
Using Our Platform at Your Own Risk
Our platform allows instructors and students to connect for teaching and learning, and anybody may produce and share information. You use our platform at your own risk since, like other platforms where users can connect and submit content, things can go wrong.
Courses Rights
We are the owners of the Courses platform and services, which includes the website, any current or upcoming applications and services, as well as things like our logos, API, code, and employee-generated material. Those cannot be altered or used without permission.
Updating These Terms
We retain the right, in its sole discretion, to amend and/or make changes to these Terms at any time in order to make our practices more clear or to reflect new or different practices (for example, when we add new services).
